With a master's background in Industrial Design specializing in Human Factors, I design hardware solutions that meet user needs and ensure ergonomic usability.

Cabinet design

Considering the existing cabinet dimensions, I designed the external appearance and internal structure to fit the original width and length while accommodating all equipment, instructional cards, and maintenance access.

Reading-friendly interaction

Since users would interact with the screen for an extended period via a trackball, I designed a hand support platform and adjusted the screen angle to ensure comfortable neck posture and an optimal reading experience without excessive bending.

Wheelchair accessibility design

Anticipating visitors using wheelchairs, I designed the platform to allow close access and referred to government accessibility standards. After testing, the cabinet supports both frontal and side approaches, providing an inclusive experience for all users.

Construction Outsourcing

I managed the overall production timeline and installation process, leading the construction team through site surveys, contract development, schedule planning, and on-site construction supervision to ensure smooth project delivery.
